Hi,

I want to thank you and the whole team for restoring my condo. A pipe broke in another unit, which just happened to be in foreclosure. Water flowed into my condo for three hours before anyone could get the water turned off. The water was over my ankles and pouring from everywhere. It almost undid me. The next day the company came in to dry everything out. It was pretty terrifying to see the baseboards torn off, half my walls removed, holes in the ceiling and carpet ripped up. I was so lost and confused until you all came on the scene. You were very considerate and patiently explained the process to me. You assured me my condo would be even better than it was before. It helped to alleviate most of my anxiety, but secretly I’d looked around and seriously doubt it could ever be the same. Well, I’m happy to report that you were right! My home never looked better and I’m so pleased. I’m a single female senior and have heard many horror stories about contractors and was very wary. The expertise of the work, the attention to detail makes you artists in my book. It’s been unbelievable, like magic.
